The Maja is the result of a careful selection of varieties of olives, where care is very carefully the quality of the olives and has spoiled the whole process of making " cold "to keep intact all the virtues of olive and its aromatic and flavor qualities.

Yellowish green, smelling clean and intense, surprising for its vividness, reminding fresh green fruits.
Tomato notes are appreciated, grass, artichokes, apples, and to a lesser extent, a slight scent of kiwi.
In mouth aromas are reaffirmed, showing a medium bitterness and a slight itching late.
