We are fanatical about our coffee, choosing only the finest beans, and roasting them with the highest level of care and consistency (read our About Me page for more information).  Our fresh roasted coffee beans are packaged by the pound in sealed bags with a one-way degassing valve.  We offer the freshest product on eBay, and this packaging concept will better preserve that freshness.  Each bag accompanies a coffee identification seal.
