1.wash nail clear

3.making nail polish color on your nail two times(from the intermediate coating of fingertip,then cover it again.this two times is 1 layer)
4.apply top coat oil on the nail.

Applying one base coat is recommended as first step. To have a strong adhesion as well as achieve the best effect, apply 2-3 coats of neon nail polish on nail surface. Same as standard nail polish, apply top coat to better preserve the active ingredients and maintain the glowing affect longer in the dark.
