The process and character:
- The back heads, made from 42CrMo steel, are forged according to large proportion, to fully ensure products’ density and performance, thus improving tightness.
- Using advanced CNC machine, in strict accordance with products’ technical requirement to forge products, to ensure each position’s size, convenient to equip.
- Having international advanced heat treatment technology, ensure heat and soaking time, which makes the whole get certain hardness ;products are out of shape at very little rate, thus reduce the possibility of air leakage.
- Using advanced grinding equipment to make them completely match the contact surface of the cylinders, thereby getting the function of store N2.
Function: store N2, and drive piston work normally
Character: No air leakage, well wear-resistance
