About Desgin
1) Q: How many designers do you have?
A: Two. One for belt, One Paris designer for bags.
2) Q: How many new styles do you have per month?
A: At least 100 SKU.
About Production
1)Q: How about production capacity each month?
A: Ref. Belt, we have 1 own factory. And we also have 2 subcontractor factories. In total,
the production capacity can be 800,000pcs each month for belt. Ref. Bags,around
100000 pcs each month.
About Quality Control
1) Q: How to control production quality?
A: We do Inline and final inspection. 1 QC stays in factory all days. 1st. when the material
and buckle was arriving in factory, QC will check the color difference and quality before
mass production. 2nd. QC will go the production line every day to check the quality
finishing in process. 3rd. they will make final inspection about packing, quality finishing
etc. before shipment.
About Chemical Test
1) Q: We do USA and Canada market, its there any item is special for the market?
A: Lead and Phalates is the mostly we do, it's OK for us to pass .
2) Q: The chemical standards for the European countries is very strict, can u tell me which
chemical test u need to do for the European?
A:It depend clients need, In Reach standard they have 138 item, but different countries
they focus on different item. Eg. In Spain they focus on AZO. In Germany, They focus on
Chromium VI, DMFA. Sweden and Denmark need test APEO, Nickle free right now.So
what's your request?
