 2013 Brand New CCS1500 HHO Engine Carbon Cleaner

HHO Engine Carbon Cleaner adopts the theory of water electrolysis to produce hydrogen, oxygen and other reactive gas, through the hose to connect with automobile engine vacuum tube, and producing attraction at automobile idling speed, then through inhalation, oxy-hydrogen reactive gas get into the inside of engine. Because of hydrogen is reactive gas, and oxygen for combustion supporting, the combustion of oxy-hydrogen generate high temperature vapor to soften and catalyze combustion carbon deposition inside of engine ( water gas reaction process), clean up carbon deposition bit by bit.

Micro-cleaning process shown below:

1)      Oxy-hydrogen gas is sucked into the engine during engine inhalation process.

a. Hydrogen gas is very light, quickly spread around the engine room.

b. Hydrogen gas has a great feature that is the adhesive ability. It is always adhere to the inside wall of engine where has the most of the carbon deposition.

c. Hydrogen gas has another feature that is penetration ability, due to few hydrogen molecules, they can penetrate into the surface of carbon deposition rapidly.

a. The first stage: oil and air adhere to the surface of carbon deposition, oxygen is lighted and produce oxycarbide (mainly carbon dioxide), nitrous oxides, high temperature vapor and hydroxide ion cluster etc.

b. The second stage: water vapor, hydroxide ion cluster and carbon deposition cause high temperature water coal reaction. The carbon deposition which attached with hydroxide ion was oxidized to carbon monoxide and further oxidized to carbon dioxide.

5) Exhaust: carbon deposition exhaust as gases through exhaust system.

The above 5 steps as a Micro-cleaning process, the machine can clean about 0.2 micrometer (nanoscale) carbon deposition each time. According to the case which at the idle speed 720r/min, every minute the machine can clean carbon deposition 720times, so twenty minutes can be finished 14400times. The removal of carbon deposition thickness is 14400*0.2microns=2.88mm.

After twenty minutes of carbon removal process, it may not completely remove all of the carbon deposition, but the engine inner wall carbon deposition go through many times of water-gas reaction by dense solid into a honeycomb structure, by not burning ( colloid ) into the combustible material which can slowly burning away(because hydrogen constantly penetrate into the carbon deposition during the carbon removal process).

After stopping the equipment, carbon deposition still can be burned off slowly.

What’s the principle of HHO Engine Carbon Cleaner and how to clean up carbon deposits from the interior of engine?

HHO Engine Carbon Remover is using the principle of water electrolysis, input the three-phase electric (380 V or 220 V ) to the device, through the rectifier into a direct current (DC), and analyze water into two colorless gases, hydrogen and oxygen, hydrogen and oxygen gases output through the flashback-arrester device, then through a hose which connected to the car engine vacuum tube, suction into the idle speed running car engine.

Hydrogen and oxygen gases are produced high temperature and water vapor, hydrogen ions and oxygen ions in the engine combustion chamber, high temperature vapor can humidify, soften the hard carbon deposit on the surface of engine combustion chamber.  In the process of each engine operation, each combustion of carbon deposition thickness at nanometer level, therefore, carbon deposits is discharged after combustion with the nanoparticle  way or carbon dioxide gas, it does not block three way catalytic converter and the exhaust pipe.

2. Procedure of engine carbon Cleaner  :

The engine is ready after normal operating temperature has been reached. The carbon cleaning process takes only 15-20 minutes. Connect the output from the HHO Engine Carbon Cleaner  CCS1500  to the engine’s intake manifold (vacuum line).
