7. Annealing Hardness: HB255 Max

    Hardness after Q+T(quenching+tempering):60-64HRC

8. Hardness&tempering relationship: (1010°C oil quenching)

9. Properties: Excellent hardenability, wear resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, deformation is small when thermal treatment. 

10.Application: D2 can be made into various of high precision and long lifetime cold work die, cutting tool, measuring tool, eg. Punching die, cold extrusion die, thread roller, rub thread plate, cold cut knife, precision measuring tool ect.
