KZ5 cutting drill rigis an advanced drilling equipment which integrated drilling system and screw air compressor systems, with
characteristicof compact structure, good integrity and easy to move. Moving, pushing, rotation, dusting and angle adjustments
and are hydraulic driven, good climbing ability and stable performance; Equipped with hydraulic dry dust collector, reducing
environmental pollution.
KZ5 cutting drill rig mainly used in hard soil and soft rock drilling work, applying rotary cutting mode, compressed air slagging
and dust collector. For hard rock,it is also available to take the model of pneumatic impactor to drilling.
Drill rigs have the following advantages:
A. Using special drill boom, flexible adjustingthe drilling angle, it can drill vertical, tilt and horizontal holes.
B. Direct connection screw extruder, large flowing (5m3/min), slagging unobstructed, fast drilling. For hard rocks, it can be
exchanged to pneumatic impactor,having strong adaptability.
C.The chassis has ±10 ° automatic adjustment device. Leveling cylinder has dual locking system, more adapted to the rugged
working ground.
D. Efficient two dry dust collection system, greatly improving the working environment.
E.High-speed rotary device 0-400r/min, high drilling efficiency.
F. Equipped with real-time monitoring systems and stable self-protection system that can accurately reflect the drills working condition;Alarming beyond the set range, automatically shutting
down when breakdown.
