Production progress:
1. Carbonizing the coconut shell to be charcoal under the process which is usually carried out in mud-pits, brick kilns and metallic portable kilns.
2. Activating the coconut charcoal by reaction with steam at a temperature of 900 centigrade to 1000 centigrade under controlled atmosphere in SLEP furnace.
3.Controlling the quality by the temperature which plays an important role in the process of activation.
4.Crushing the coconut activated carbon to be different particle as requirement.
5.Drying the coconut activated carbon.
