3. Artwork Instructions:

1).ai or .eps vector graphic format is preferred and all texts must be converted to outlines/curves

2) non vector based art in .psd should be created in full size and at least at 300dpi resolution.

3) colors will be printed in CMYK, if there is a specific color you need a part of your design to be, please indicate Pantone (PMS) color for us to match.

4. Advantage of sublimation Printing

With fully sublimation printing, you can print on every inch of short. The ink is impregnated into the fabric in gas form and it cannot therefore be felt on the surface of the garment nor does it impede the technical performance of the fabric. Sublimated designs will not fade, shrink or crack.

 4. How to order:

2 -Send us your design and detailed instruction(quantity,color,design,logos),Or send us your design idea together with color and logos
3 -Designer put together information from you,send back Purchaser Order for approval
4 -After confirm order and leading time, we'll start production procedure once receive the deposit. 

5 -If require sample, please add 7 more days to the leadting ime. Or our designer will only send back digtal printing file for checking and get approval;
6 -In house printing,cutting,sewing,ironing,quality checking
7 -Quality Checking,we'll send bulk order photo for approval before packing, or you can send QC agent to factory
8 -Packaging
9 -Order release for shipping after receive all the payment. 

10- Any issue,please address us within two weeks after receive the goods.We'll invest and consult with you for solution.If  it is Joyord"s responsibility,we'll replace them for a discount or free within 7~10 days
