Textured soya protein machine
1. Description:
Textured vegetarian protein process line produced with our rich experiences on food industry for oven ten years.It uses nonfat soybean meal as main material to produce all kinds of soybean protein food and vegetarian meat,which are mutritional and easily absorbed by human body.The textured protein is like muslce and has the sense of mastication.Textured soybean protein is widely applied to many industries,such as can,seasoning,ham,meat,cooking,etc.
Textured or texturized vegetable protein (TVP), also known as textured soy protein(TSP),soy meat,or soya meat,a meat analogue or nutritious meat extender is made through a process known as extrusion cooking with defatted soy flour as raw material.
After the soya protein food is extruded from the dies of extruder plant the food is sliced into granules,flakes,chunks,nuggets,goulash,steatoceles(schnitzel),etc.by revolving knives,and then are dried in a rotary dryer.
Textured Soya Protein Machine can produce the product with high nutrition, the meaty state and taste.Meanwhile it does not include the cholesterol and the animal tallow.It has the following features such as oil-absorbing,water absorbing,ardor-absorbing and can be used in all kinds of professions.

Q3: What is the payment terms if we want to buy the machines?
Usually it is 30% by T/T, pay the balance by T/T before delivery or L/C at sight
