1.Silicon carbide tubes properties below :
The products have the characteristics of high flexing strength at elevated temperatures, high thermal shock resistance. High corrosion resistance and high thermal conductivity, high resistivity against alkalis.

2.RSIC is mixed with high pure SIC coarse powder and SIC fine powder, after slip casting , vacuum sintered under 2450°C,recrystallised the high technology SIC material. Owing to the high purity material (SIC ≥99.5%) and none middle combined phase, RSIC has the excellent high-temperature mechanical property, the working temperature can reach to 1700°C.
