The principle of pressurized solar water heater

Jinyi integrative pressurized series is a renovation model for the solar water heater, which adopts advanced heat pipe technology, combines heat pipe solar collector with pressurized tank to form a compact model.
The vacuum tubes absorb and convert solar energy into thermal energy, and transfer to the central heat pipe via the aluminum fin. The heat pipes have tiny amount of purified water sealed inside at depressurized condition. When heated, the water inside the heat pipes vaporizes at low temperature (about 30oC), the vapor rises to the condenser and heat energy is conducted to water (inside the tank). When vapor is cooled down, and becomes condensate, falling to the bottom of heat pipe. By continuously circulating in this way, heat is carried from outside to the water inside the tank.

1. Heat-pipe vacuum tube: Borosilicate glass 3.3, ALN/AIN-SS/CU coating, wall thickness 1.6mm / 2.0mm / 2.3mm.
2. Heat pipe inside the tube. Φ58mm×1800mm.
3. Inner tank: Food grade SUS304-2B stainless steel, thickness 1.2 mm, diameter: 470mm.
4. Outer tank: Colored / Enamel / Stainless / Fluorine carbon steel with optional 0.4mm and 0.5mm in thickness, diameter: 360mm.
5. Insulating layer: High density, one-off molding polyurethane foam 50-60mm, 40KG/m3 in density.
6. Bracket: Galvanized steel, aluminium alloy, stainless steel.
7. Fasteners: Stainless steel screws or galvanized screws.

9. Working pressure: 0.6MPa, Test Pressure: 1.2MPa.
