Please following the description of below :

Origin                  : South Kalimantan, Indonesia

Capacity             : 50,000mt ~ 200,000mt / month

Contract Order      : 12 months (1 years)

Loading Port         : Taboneo, Tanjung Pemancingan, Muara satui

Price FOB MV        : US $XX/mt include commission US $1/mt

Commission           : US $1/mt will be paid US$0.50/mt for buyer side and US$0.50/mt for seller side.

Payment by            : LC 100% at sight or CASH by term 5-4-1

Procedure for payment by LC 100% at sight :

-          Two sides sign the sales contract

-          The buyer open and issue an Irrevocable Transferable or Non-Transferable Confirmed Divisible L/C at sight.

-          The performance bond will  be active.

-          The seller carry out shipment as per L/C condition.

Procedure for payment by CASH term 5-4-1 :

-          50% Submission money fifty percent of the total value of the contract and the notary witnessed signatures in front of the seller and buyer.

-          40% At the time of start shipments from the stockpile loading to the Barge and Vessel.

-          10% At the time of receipt All Documents
