Procedure for payment by LC 100% at sight :

• Two sides sign the sales contract
• The buyer open and issue an Irrevocable Transferable or Non-Transferable Confirmed Divisible L/C at sight.
• The performance bond will  be active.
• The seller carry out shipment as per L/C condition.

Procedure for payment by CASH term 5-4-1 :

• 50% Submission money fifty percent of the total value of the contract and the notary witnessed signatures in front of the seller and buyer.
• 40% At the time of start shipments from the stockpile loading to the Barge and Vessel.
• 10% At the time of receipt All Documents.
