Ornament is a Penguin sitting on a large snowflake.

He is dressed in a red sparkly hat, with white tassle on top.

He has a white and red sparkly scarf around his neck.

The snowflake is blue and white with white and blue sparkles.

He is approximately 6" tall, and has the Radko metal tag attached.
