We PT PUNCAK SINERGY PERKASA are miner selling partner and yes we can help you to supply coal, iron ore, manganese and other mineral products on regular monthly basis.

This is our procedures :
1. Buyer issue LOI to Seller or its Agent.
   * LOI validity maximum 14 (fourteen) days and include all detail of inquiry : target price and payment instrument.
2. Seller or his agent issue SCO.
3. Buyer or his agent issue ICPO including Proof of Funds with the permit to do soft probe and send it to seller or his agent.
4. Seller or his agent issues FCO.
5. Buyers accept FCO and the buyer signs and seal the acceptance of the FCO and return the original to the seller through his agent.
6. Seller’ s agent provides Draft Contract for evaluation.
7. Buyer and Seller signs Contract.
8. Buyer' s Bank issues Seller' s Bank L/ C at Sight from 50 top world prime bank.
9. Shipments commence according to the agreed contract.

All other procedures are as in the Contract.
