     receive the Draft Contract from buyer

4) Original : East Kalimantan and South Kalimantan

5) Price : any times will be change

6) Term of payment :
Cash 40% = After the buyer performed survey at stockroom mine and contract signature
           40% = At Stockpile Crusher
           10% = Loading to Mother Vessel
           10% = Complete Document Eksport
