IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All goods sold are NON-Refundable / Exchangeable. We ensures that all items are in top condition before shipping them out.
- Kindly note that all items are subjected to availability. Handmade-to-order items take about 2 weeks till a month for delivery depend available the color of skin and quantities.
- All colors shown in the photographs on the gallery may differ slightly 5% from the actual color of the item due to camera effect.
- For CITES Permit , it takes about 2 - 3 weeks after finishing orders, and it takes cost charge.
HANDMADE-TO-ORDER POLICY
- You can customize the color and size and provide your own design. Price may vary upon change of size.
- Deposits of 50% total payment is needed upon confirmation order and strictly NON-Refundable in the event of cancellation in whatever conditions.
- We will inform you once it is ready to deliver. Total amount due must be made within 7 working days or we assume of cancellation, NO refund.
- Item will be delivered as soon as payment is receive using UPS, DHL, EMS or Cargo, that you can choose(they have different prices).
PAYMENT
- We accept T/T (wire transfer) only, currency of USD.
- Payment must do in same day arrival to proceed the goods right away.
- We only proceed dye skins, etc. after we accept the payment.
- When invoice sent, we need (must) receive full amount base on invoice (soft copy) we send.
- Our bank didn't take any charge for every wired accept or exchange rate.
