How to order 

Custom : Just fax  or email us with a description of the design concept you are interested in. Please include as many of the specifics as you might know (general design, sizing, wood and finish ideas,budget concerns, etc.). Include any sketches or photos you might have - to help us better envision what you have in mind. We'll be prompt in getting back in touch to clarify the project specifics and provide a price quote for the project.

Displayed Items : Chose the code and let me know the finish color that you think nice and match for your style.

Prices and Payments

The JGF's prices are Free On Board by  Semarang port, Indonesia.

The JGF  just receive payment in D/P, T/T, Western union and requires a 50% deposit to begin each project and balance the payment after completion of the order and before shipping. The JGF receipt of your deposit or payment for any product or project will indicate that you have read and understand our company's General Terms &Conditions and agree with them. Please feel free to ask any questions that you might have.

Packaging and Shipping

The  furniture will pack with single face paper, also available in box packaging following customer request and with different price.

For retail or sample order will sent by air/sea freight  with special packaging. The delivery cost will charged on customer. Actual shipping time will vary depending on shipper's current schedules.

Production time

The JGF  need about 6-8 weeks for production time, the production  will start after to the JGF receive the 50% deposit.

Customers satisfaction

To get customers satisfaction, JGF  will give 4 weeks warranty after the  container/s received by the customer. If the furniture arrives damaged or break caused by poor structure, please let us know with some images attach, so we can take swift action. The JGF  will do everything possible to solve the problem, a special discount when the breakage is repairable or replacement on next shipment.
