The standard of rosewood is as below :
1. One face clear
2. Sap wood accepted, but at the bottom not over the tounge.
3. Life knot accepted.
4. Dead knot accepted at the bottom only.
5. No hit and miss, no pinhole, no crack.
6. Not beveled on the top, the tounge is easy edge.
7. Kiln dry for MC 10-12%
