Term & Conditions

We will give the price for each item you are interested on by replying your e-mail.If there is a deal, we will send Performa Invoice by e-mail that it indicatesthe item and the price youve agreed. You must sign back the Performa Invoiceand e-mail or fax it to us.

Deposit Payment should be placed at least 50% by TT from total amount of order. We willstart produce your order after we receive your Deposit Payment at our account. Therest payment should be paid all after the containers shipped to enablereleasing the Bill of Loading.

Minimum quantity of order for furniture is 1 x 20 feet container, the items can becombined. Minimum order of gazebo is 1 x 20 feet container or 4pcs if combinedwith furniture

We need 12 weeks for each order and it could be less than that if you havecontinuing order with us.

We can find Freight forwarder for you and you can choose which is suitable withyou or you nominate the company to use
