Q1: What's your minimum order quantity ?

Key: Generally, our MOQ is 50 pieces for each item, and 1000 pieces(about one 20’GP) for the total order quantity. But if your total order quantity is too small, you have to bear the freight.
 

Q2:What's your price of double mirror without shelf ?

Key: For each model, the thickness of surface mirror is 4 mm, back mirror is 5 mm. So there is no price difference between the thickness. However, prices vary with the material and size. Actually, we use aluminized or silvered glass to make double mirror. And now we have two kinds of size for each item: 80*60 cm, 70*50 cm.

Q3: Can the prices be negotiated ?

Key: Of course. If your total order quantity of bathroom mirror is or more than 1000 pieces(one 20’GP or so), we are pleased to negotiate the prices with you.

Q4: Can you offer me your catalogue and price list ?

Key: No problem, we can offer you our catalogue first, but after that, to reduce our workload, you had better tell us which kinds or which models of mirror you are interested in. You know, we have several hundred models of bathroom mirror, to make a full price list is very exhausting.

Q5: Can it be customized according to our specific products ?

Key: Sure, as long as we can.

Q6: Can I get an EXW price quote ?

Key: Yes, of course, if your total order quantity is under 1000 pieces, or it's your requirement.
But please notice:
A.You alone need to bear the freight. 
B.Only if you pay the full amount will we start to prepare the goods for you.

Q7: How are these packaged?

Key: Our standard packaging: Foam protector+Dependent Export standard carton+Wooden Crate.If you want to use MDF packaging, additional money needs to be paid.

Q8: What is your acceptable payment terms ?

Key: T/T(30% deposit, balance against the copy of B/L, or balance before loading).

Q9: What's your delivery time ?

Key: 20-30 working days after receiving your 30% deposit.

Q10: What is your policy on damaged and defective items?

Key: For product quality problems, we may pay appropriate compensation; but for the loss after risk transfers, or man-made damage, we do not take responsibility.
