Electro Lifting Magnet 

HVR MAG is specialized in manufacturing electro permannet lifting magnets. We have design a full series of electro permanent lifting magnet for all kinds of steel metal material lifting and handling. 

Magnetic materials our lifting magnets can dealing with including steel plate, steel rounds, steel pipes, steel coils and steel profiles, etc.  

HEPMR Lifting Magnets is applied for steel bundled round lifting and handling in shipbuilding industries, steel mills and warehouses.

Major characteristics:

   Low power lifting and full power lifting 

Pick up cycle is executed first with 75% of the total possible magnetization strength, only once the load is 

lifted from the ground 

The second MAG cycle is executed allowing 100% of the total magnetization power (FULL MAG), this 

provides a definite minimum safety margin to the load that can be handed in complete safety.

   Safety button

The user is obligated to press 2 button at the same time (LOCK and DEMAG)) to release the load , this 

reduces the chance of accidental load release 

   MAGNETIC modules manufacture 

 ALL the magnetic modules are made from a solid piece of sheet; this creates a greater protection against 

accidental impacts with higher reliability.
