Big Feeding door
If you want use auto-feeder and belt conveyor,that will be convince to load raw material.
Whatever you use automatic machine,you also need workers to load raw material into automatic machine.
Size:Our products maximum output is 10tpd.
The diameter of our feeding hole is 1200mm*8000mm.I think that enough to the raw materials.If the raw materials are too big,we can support the tire crusher
Our oval-shaped feeding door is Length1400mm*Width800mm or Length1200mm*Width800mm.
the water consumption
Our equipment includes the cooling power.The water consumption is 2%.If in winter, it will be 0.5~0.1%.
If you use the recycle water,it will need the more water.
Fast heating emission
1 Use the steel plate to make the cooling pool, instead of the brick, because they can cool objects faster than brick.
2 Steel plate has a longer life time than brick.
3 Open pool makes natural cooling viable.
Large cooling area
Ten cooling pipes (D=219mm, L=6m) in the cooling pool, so the cooling area can reach up to about 42m² (0.219m X π X 6m X 10 pipes = 41.2m²)
Better cooling effects
Cooling pipes are of “SNAKE” shape so that the gas can recycle at the pipes and will have a long way and enough time for full condensing.
