The most popular specification of steel grating is as follows:
1.Steel grating with 30mm bearing bar pitch is the most widely used in industrial area. Among the general series, it maintains the strongest resistance to impulsive force.
2.Steel grating with 40mm bearing bar pitch is one of most ecnomical & lightest types. It should be the best choice to customer on the occasion when the clear span is small.
3.Steel grating with 60mm bearing bar pitch & 50mm cross bar pitch is developed specially for mining industry. As it can avoid the mineral splashing down on board,it's appointed to use in fabrication plant,transfer terminal & other ares of mining.
Material:
1.Bearing bar&cross bar steel grade is Q235 which's in line with GB/T700.Other material can also be used afternegotiation.
2.Hot-rolled flat bar,hot-rolled strip or cold-rolled strip silt by slitting shears are available for bearing bar.
3.Tolerance for the size of hot-rolled flat bar should be in according with the standard of YB/T4001.1-2007.
4.Hot-rolled flat bar,hot-rolled strip or cold-rolled strip silt by slitting shears are avallable for serrated bar.There would be 5 teeth at least within 100mm length.
5.The size of section & processional moment of section should be in according with the standed of YB/T4001.1-2007.
