2. We welcome you or the third party visit our plant for inspection, our QC will be | |||||||
along with you to answer your questions. | |||||||
You are not available to pay hours for visit ? Don’t worry, our sales will | |||||||
inspect the products on behalf of you to make sure that you will get the goods with | |||||||
good shape, also will offer the photos to you. | |||||||
We insist on customer-oriented, we will reply your letters in 24hours in working days, | |||||||
except holidays. |
1. We suggest customers come to our factory inspect the goods before loading. | ||||||||
2. We suggest customers insure the goods and request their carrier do the operation | ||||||||
safety during the transportation. | ||||||||
3. Any complains should be submitted to us within 15working days after the cargos | ||||||||
arrived the destination port. | ||||||||
4. Following points should be call your attention when you submitting the complains : | ||||||||
a) The PI or PO number. | ||||||||
b) The detail description of problems in writing by email . | ||||||||
c) The pictures or video that can show the problems clearly. |
