General Order Information

our production lead times depend on specific items and item quantities. Our success has been based

1. Inquiry-Professional quotation. |
2. Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc. |
3. Eco BaoYu send PI for your confirmation |
4. Customer make the payment and send us Bank receipt. |
5. Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment. (For Large Quantity orders, we will make free samples according to your request, send you photos or Samples to get your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated delivery time.) |
6. For Large Quantity orders, Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in Confirm the estimated delivery time again. |
7. For All Orders, End Production-Mass production products photos and samples photos will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection . |
8. For Large Quantity Orders, Clients make payment for balance and Freedom Ship the goods . |
9. Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them . |

1.Size
TIPS: Manual measuring permissible error.
2.Colour
1, Cause of the difference of environment light colours and the settings of your computer screen colour&brightness, there might be slight color difference between the picture and the real items.
2, If you require specific colour of the item,please contact us, otherwise we will dispatch your order in random colour.
3.Duty and Tax
1, The import duties and taxes are not covered in the item price, and it is buyer's duty to pay the extra charges. Pls check with the customs of the destination before you make the payment.
2, When package reach your place, pls pay the duty as soon as possible because if you do not pay in time, the express may send back the goods to us but we need to pay times more plus the express fee and goods value. To avoid the case, we have to ask the courier to drop the goods and the waste goods cost will be afforded by your side. We both do not want tosee that happen. So pls pay the custom duty in time or you need to afford the responsibility yourself.
4.Shipping
For small order, we suggest buyer to ship by DHL, UPS and similar shipping service.
For BULK order, it's better to choose air/sea shipment.
