Operation process:
1. No need to clean the water, sand, wire and other impurities from waste rubber and
waste tyre, they can directly put into the high temperature and normal pressure pyrolyzing reactor for
catalytic heating to distillate oil vapor.
2. Then the oil gas go through the condenser to get part of liquefying oil and then go into the oil tank.
3. The crude oil after condensation will be heated in fractionation processor
firstly, and distilled by catalytic reforming process ,then go through condenser to get fractionate fuel oil,
after precipitation and filtration treatment and adding in additives, the final oil will be qualified fuel oil.
4.With specially analysis and research, we have successfully design a unique process of one pyrolysis,
twicecatalysis, gas separating pipe and a distillation tower with catalyst specially for gas phase condition
which can improves the oil quality to a higher level.
5. Then mix the oil with catalyst, after precipitation and filtering, good quality fuel oil and diesel oil are
obtained, which are close to the national standard.
6.Regarding the dust removal system, more advanced than other traditional treatment way, we arrange
the FGD fly ash removal device, water dust scrubber device, bagtype strainer and other dust equipment to
absorb the dust and sulfur dioxide to meet the national discharge standard.
