Waxed hand sewing thread
Waxed thread improves water and mildew resistance, adds lubrication for easier sewing, increases stitch strength, limits stretching, and gives a slightly glossy look. These qualities make waxed thread a great choice for projects that require strong, long-lasting, water-tight seams. Because of waxing nylon work equally well for most applications.
