DCH 21A CPE Cable Jacket Compound

Common non-extended burned rubber jacket compound under the temperature at 85°C

 

.Illustration

With Chlorinated Polyethylene (here below called CPE), blended with other additives and pigments, DCH 21A Jacket has excellent properties of fire retardancy, oil-proof, tearing-proof, cold-resistance and excellent mechanical properties. With its excellent properties, excellent extruded rubber surface, good flexibility, lower density & lower cost, our 21A is the first ideal substitution of CR for shipping cable and CSM based rubber sheath.

 

.Application

Our DCH 21A is researched out according to our newest national standard for shipping cable. The product properties resulted from curd sheet or extrusion-rubber continuous cure all reach or over the national standard.

IV.Processing Condition

Continuous vulcanization production method is preferred 

Compression ratio: 1.1:1-1.5:1;

Length-diameter ratio: 6:1-16:1(hot feed is suggested if lower than 10:1);

Temperature of extruder: 65-85°C;

Curing pipe’ temperature: 180-200°C (13-15MPa).

 

V.Package & Storage

Generally, 25kgs in one carton box or depends on customers’ requirements.

Shape of the material: Rectangle rubber sheet, pellet or depends on customers’ request.

The material should be stored at clean, dry, draughty warehouse.
