(1). New modularization design, outstanding exchangeability:  U-shape beams are applied

 There are only three modules in different sizes and purposes: weighing-bar module, short weighbridge modules and long weighbridge modules. With these kinds of modules we can group different sizes of weighbridges: 3x8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24m

 Max.Capacity: 60t or 80t

(2). We can put more pieces of weighbridge (truck scale) into a 20ft container. For example, we can ship two pieces of 18x3m (in 3 sections) into a 20ft container. The full use of container space is to the utmost.

 Please kindly find the following loading quantity of new module steel weighbridge into a 20ft container:

18x3m in 3 sections: 2 complete sets

16x3m in 3 sections: 2 complete sets

14x3m in 3 sections: 2 complete sets

12x3m in 2 sections: 3 complete sets except one weighing-bar

10x3m in 2 sections: 3 complete sets except one weighing-bar.

8x3m in 2 sections: 3 complete sets except one weighing-bar.

Mixed loading:

1 set of 20x3m (4 sections) and 1 set of 12x3m (2 sections).

1 set of 22x3m (4 sections) and 1 set of 12x3m (2 sections).
