ZLA Double Stage High Vacuum Transformer Purification Machine
ZLA can purify all kinds of insulating oil, e.g.: transformer oil, switch oil, mutual inductor oil, capacitor oil etc.
quickly remove water, particulate matter, gas, acid, free carbon, color and decrease dielectric loss
it can be customized according to customers' needs, such as:
1) ZLA-Ex: used in flammable and explosive work condition.
2) ZLA-F (closed type): used in wet and dusty work condition.
3) ZLA-X : adopt stainless steel, it's erosion-proof and acid-proof, can be used in food industry and other chemical industry.
Application
ZLA series is widely used in purification of various types of insulating oil , especially the deep purification treatment of high-voltage transformer oil , high-grade new oil and imported oil . While keeping all the advantages of single stage vacuum oil purifier , ZLA has additional roots vacuum pressurizing system , second time highly vacuum separation system . It can be used for field operation in over 110KV transformer station , especially in high-latitude areas.
