Fast working and high productivity was the idea behind when we designed this tool. S – shaped scrolls can be bent as fast as C – shaped scrolls in flat- , square – &  round bars. The knurrled locking bar fixes the material for perfect bending. The height-adjustable collar ring on the pressure roller makes sure, that all scrolls come out flat and do not need any further leveling. To achieve perfect C – shaped scrolls in a first step bars can be prebent with the P3 rolling tool and then finalized with the SF. Together with magnetic markers, the scaling on the base is an efficient feature and reference to reproduce equal scrolls. The advantage compared to motor powered machines is the high production speed – the PRACTICON SF returns much faster to its zero position! The SF includes a tube bending adapter for pipes with a max. outer diameter of 10mm and  curves of 180°.  We developed this feature particularly for the lighting industry and prototyping.
