The combination of a high quality steel shearblade and the cutting block with its four sharp edges, offer a fantastic performance even cutting thin material. Besides the perfect ratio between the length of lever and eccentric shearblade, the four adjustable nut screws at the cutting block contribute significantly to these cutting results – cutting and punching with minimum physical efforts. The hardened shearblade provides an extra plus punching holes in up to 3mm thick flat bars. The workpiece support is height adjustable to make sure holes are always punched perfectly centered – important for later jointing the work pieces with rivets – it helps to keep them more sturdy, more flat and finally it makes it easier to integrate them in projects.
