The material is high strength cast iron HT200-300, and the rigidity of working face reaches HB170-240 , It goes through twice of man work processing (man work anneal 600°C,With natural vakidity of 2-3years) in order to mark the product stable in accuracy and grinding resistance.
Accuracy :it is in accordance with the procedure of state standard for measurement and in spection ,which is divided into four levels of 1-4, working surface made by skiving groove V/T/U shape and hole of longround shape can be made at the surface of the plate Standard size are in stock .
