complete fish feed pellet line project
I. Animal Feed Making Line:
The ring die feed pellet mill fit for fish or poultry feed making process, such as agricultural, grain, sorghum, maize, bean, wheat bran, some stalk or waste and so on. It's granulation of materials sch as various feed stuff for livestock, poultry and aquatic products, grass meal etc.
It's made up of feeder, conditioner, press room, secuirty system and lubrication system. During working process, the moisture content of mixing powder is not more than 15%. The material is feeded from the silo into the feeding screw, then go into condictioner through adjusting grade less speed-adjusting motor to change speed, getting proper material flow, then goes into conditioner through oar rod's stirring with steam to conditioning material, after conditioning, the material temperature can reach 64-85° C and moisture can reach 14-16%, then through outlet and magnet goes into pressing store.
II. Brief Introduction:
1. XGJ series pellet mills are the new-designed products of our company and main parts of the fooder machiney system. They are widely used in feed factories, breed aquatics factories, organic fertilizer factories, chemical factories, and China tradictional medicine factories etc. It can be used together with powder material. Its capacity is superior in the same industry at home and abroad.
2. The machine has such characters as compact structure, beautiful outline, high output, low energy loss, convenient operation, ad reliable capacity etc.
3. Our company supply many different ring dies, such as φ3, φ4, φ6, φ8, φ10, φ12. It can be chosen according to different requirements.
4. The machine has adopted gradeless speed-adjusting motor to feed, overload protection device and a limit switch to make sure the security. Besides, there are outer pellet-discharged structure and pressure or oil pump lubricant system.

IV. Machine Display:
1.crushing part:
Hammer mill: it is used to grind the materials which need to be crushed into powder, such as corn, soya bean, wheat and other material. The powder material will be conveyed by bucket elevator to next process.
2. drying part:
The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 10-20%. So before pelletizing, a drying machine is needed to make the moisture content reaches the required standards. You should choose the most suitable drying machine from rotary dryer and pipe dryer according to the wood powder moisture and handling capacity.
3. pelletizing part
Pellet mill: it is the most important machine in the whole production line, the powder feed after mixed will be pressed into pellet by pellet mill, during pelleting process, it will add the high temperature and pressure steam in the conditioner to mature the powder feed, which will make the powder feed easy to be pressed into pellets, and also good to absorb nutrients for animal.
4. cooling part
Cooler: the pellet feed from the pellet mill with a high tempreature, it will be breakable if can’t be cooled timely,after cooled ,the tempreature of pellet will be at the same level with indoor.
