The machine adopts mechanism, electric and gas integrated design, PC automatic control and variable frequency speed regulation. It automatically finishes the whole process from heating, blow molding, product cutting to equal amount (such as 100 pcs) delivery station, can be equipped with PLC human-machine interface according to customer demands, and is mainly used for forming BOPS, HIPS, PS, PVC and PET plastic sheets to produce small spoons and plate covers, such as medical injection tray, oral liquid tray, coffee cover and cola cover.
