Work principle:

Solid fuel coal is gasified into flammable gas under the medium of vaporizer; due to the medium of vaporizer is mixture, so it can produce mixed flammable gas, named mixed coal gas. After the formed hot coal gas cross primary dust removal, it was sent to the heating furnace injector through the gas pipeline for firing, the waste heat which is exported from the hot air duct out of the furnace body is used for oxygenation and combustion to the injector, so produce high temperature to heat the heating furnace, then reach the heat value index. As to the gas is fired in the furnace, so the temperature is so even. This machine is widely used for roll furnace, annealing furnace, forging furnace, aluminum melting furnace etc various heating furnace.
