Automatic belt vacuum filter for mine remaining part
DU series Rubber Belt Filter is the high automatic new-type machine. It adopts setting vacuum chamber and the rubber belt moves on the chamber. It has realized the continuous filtration, cake cleaning, residue unloading and cloth cleaning and regeneration etc used in the fields of solid-liquid separation of the chemical industry, coal chemical, metallurgy, mines, flue gas desulfurization, food industry etc.
Characteristics:
Feed, filter, rinse, remove residue and regeneration of the filter cloth can be finished sequentially and automatically with high automatization.
Wash the materials with multilevel advection or refluence, filter liquid and rinse liquid can be separated.
Fast filtration with thin layer can be realized for materials with low filterability and high viscidity.
The module design can be consolidated freely with high adaptability.
PLC control fits for remote and concentrated control.
Snake type deviation correction is adopted to prevent deflection and warp of the filter cloth.
