Design

Small filter press is a side beam filter press with reduced dimensions, suitable to be installed even in very small spaces. 

Thanks to its solid structure and simple design, this type of filter is an extremely functional machine.

Performance

Small filter presses, exactly like the other bigger machines, have been designed to also work 

at high feed pressure values: 12, 15, and 30 bar.

Three different closing systems:

♦Manual closing:

The mobile header is shifted manually and the closing pressure is given by a lever-operated pump which transmits hydraulic pressure to the jack piston.

♦Semi-automatic closing

A telescopic arm, comprising an endless screw and its relatd manual lead screw, is connected to an hydraulic piston 

guided by a motorized power plant. This mechanism allows the plate pack to close under pressure.

♦Automatic closing

A “double effect” hydraulic piston, controlled by a power plant, moves the mobile header in a fully-automatic way, so obtaining an easy and fast closing and opening of the plate pack.

♥Special coverings

Filter press with membrane plates equipped with piping and covering in polypropylene.

The filter is completely coated with hot-welded sheet in polypropylene which protect the filter

from corrosive processes caused by filtration of acid and alkaline products.

♥Extraction hood

Filter press with membrane plates and extraction hood. The hood conveys the vapours generated by the filtration of 

noxious products far from the operator’s field of action, completely isolating the filter from the surrounding environment.

♥Intergrated installations

Filter press with integrated feeding pump for an optimal compactness of the filtering installation.
