Please find enclosed the Draft Contract of initial signed by Seller in-closed format of Draft LC / format of PB for Buyer's approval for your reference (PDF / Excel).

Could you please full fill for buyer's side / signed back to us by EDT mail, if all acceptable or if find revise term of conditions, please revised / initial signed by Buyer then feed back to us. Include format of PB / Draft LC.

1. Buyer's full filled in; YELLOW mark / RED words (Translate to Chinese / others / light BLUE etc.

For NEXT STEP.

2. Seller sending Draft Contract / Draft LC / format of PB as attached for buyer's approval / signing.

3. Buyer sends ICPO with Bank Details and Soft Probe Authorization, addressed to SELLER via Company Ltd.

4. Seller issue Draft Contract and Draft Pre-Advised DLC (MT 705) open for buyer comments and / or Approval.

5. Seller issue NCND/ IMFPA to be filled out and sent back to sell.

6. Buyer and seller signed final contract via electronic mail.

7. Buyer and seller approve Draft of Pre-Advised PB and DLC.
