Accurately take 0.5g of Celandine Extract sample into 5mL chromatography grade methanol, ultrasound 30mins and laying 10min, filtrate with 0.45μm membrane, and then add into Chelldonine internal standard sample as the test liquid reserve.

Mobile phase: 27% acetonitrile aqueous solution
