Packing Details:

1. Lamp frame SKD (semi Knock Down) packing with Styrofoam inside.
2. The crystal beads are packed with poly bag and foam.
3. A=B five layer standard waterproof brown carton especially for exportation.
4. Information of package printed in English or other language required.
5. Every package is offered with English installation instruction and pictures.
6. Package can also be as per your request, additional cost maybe needed.

Delivery Detail:

1. In stock, within 3-7 workdays since deposit received.
2. Out off stock, within 15 to 30 workdays usually since deposit received, depend on the quantity.

Payment: 

40% DEPOSIT BEFORE PRODUCTION, REMAINING 60% PAYMENT BEFORE deliver goods.

Damaged items:
Any item received that gets a broken or damaged part during shipping we will replace the broken part that was damaged for free. It usually takes us about 1-2 weeks to replace any part.
