Total quantity             : 40,000-60,000 MT/shipment +/- 10%

Jetty capacities            : 300feet & 270 feet

Loading point              : Muara Satui, and or Tanjung Pemancingan, South Kalimantan

Loading rate                : 7,000-8,000 TPD

Inspection                   : SGS or equivalent at loading port by seller cost

Prices                           : USD64.-PMT FOB mother vessel

Payment                      : 100% at sight DLC irrevocable, confirm, non transferable from any

  international prime bank

Performance bond      : N/A

Initial Delivery            : as agreed 

Cargo insurance          : by buyer cost

Validity letter              : 30 days

1. Buyer issue LOI
2. Seller issue soft offer (this document)
3. Buyer sign & return proforma offer attaching past performance buying record doc.
4. Buyer/Seller send draft contract to seller/buyer
5. Seller update draft contract & send to buyer
6. Seller & buyer sign contract
7. Buyer will to survey to mining location (if required)
8. Buyer issue non operative DLC
9. First shipment 30 days from confirm LC
