The flour mill with double roller of type 6F18, adopts the two double of the rollers are tilting to be placed.
This machine is equipped with the hopper, feeding opening, distance operator for rollers, roller cleaning
device, transmission mechanism and the frame. The structure is showed as the figure.
Working principle
The roller in form of column is the main parts of the flour mill. Each double rollers reverse mutually in different
rotate speed. The distance between the rollers can be adjusted. So the feed can get the three effect from the rollers:
milling, scraping and shearing, when the feed and the unprocessed feed are compressed by the rollers during the
time through the adjustable space between the rollers; also the feed can get the friction and shear because of the
different rotate speed of the two roller and the technical condition of the roller surface. Thus, the effects like rolling
flatting, crush, endosperm grain milled, endosperm sheared from the pericarp, can be got.
The feeding opening is to adjust the size of the feed and the uniformity of the feed in the roller. Meanwhile it is united with
the clutch component of the roller. Before the distance of the rollers getting to the working roll clearance, the feeding
opening fails to operate to prevent the feed loss.
