Control System
The welding machine uses a SINUMERIK 828D BASIC M control system, which is compact and integrates a monitor, a CNC keyboard and a numerical control system. A small number of interfaces and cables ensure the convenience and reliability of the system. The operating panel is made of die-cast magnesium alloy and is durable. The SINUMERIK 828D maintains good operation even under harsh operating conditions. The SINUMERIK 828D is completely maintenance-free due to the elimination of consumable parts such as fans, hard disks and backup batteries. Using advanced NV-RAM technology, the machining program can be preserved even after a long period of shutdown.
