1)Coconut shell carbonization process: drying 80% organic of high-quality coconut shells in the 170-600 ℃ temperature to make it carbonized into a good semi-finished carbonized material.
2) Activated carbonization process:put carbonized material into the reactor with the activator and water vapor reaction to complete the activation process, made of high-quality coconut shell activated carbon. During the endothermic reaction, CO and H2 gas are mainly produced to heat the carbonized material to 800-1000℃ to remove all the decomposable material, producing rich pore structure and large specific surface area to greatly enhance the Adsorption of Activated Carbon.
