JK-04PL-SR is modified polycarboxylate ether based high performance copolymer
designed for highest concrete quality.It enables concrete to be produced highly workable
at low dosage with improve d slump retention. Compared to traditional Superplasticizers,
JK-04PL-SR has higher water reduction, long slump retention, and higher early
strength than others.
JK-04PL-SR is a neutral concentrate grade, it is mainly used as a raw material to
produce different types of high performance water reducers for targeted industrial. It complies with ASTMC494, Type F specifications.
Uses
ØJK-04PL-SR can be applied in a wide variety industry and can improve the workability to the concrete and to improve high early compressive strength, even with low water/cement ratios while maintaining normal levels of workability. Higher slump retention applications for high strength concrete.
ØIt can be widely used in conventional concrete, pumping concrete,super-fluid self-compact and high-performance concrete; it has the excellent performance especially in the application of high-strength high performance concrete.

Dosage
0.25–0.7% by weight of cement(usually dilute to 20% solid content liquid).
Standard water reduction at normal dosage and significant water reduction at higher dosage. Exact dosage rates are dependent on the type of effect sought, quality of cement and aggregates, water/cement ratio and ambient temperature. Therefore, in many cases it is advisable to carry out trial mixes.

Cautions
ØCannot be added together with rosin soup air entrainer.
ØCannot be kept in
ØWhen mixing and measuring the slump loss, be aware that it takes longer time to be in effect than naphthalene admixtures.
ØDo not mix with naphthalene-based admixtures. If other admixtures, such as set retarder or corrosion-inhibiting admixture, are required simultaneously for some special projects, compatibility tests should be conducted beforehand.
Package,Storage&Shelf Life
It is packed in 200kg drum or IBC tank. Keep container closed when it is not in use,store in dry,cool and shaded place.
Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months when unopened. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.
