Brief
    FN series square counter FRP cooling tower is new energy saving product which is designed by SCIVIC. This product applies the “energy FRP cooling tower” patent which is obtained by No.4 People’s hospital. Especially the cooling tower is equipped with changeable torque double-speed motor. When the temperature is very low (e.g. at night), motor runs at low speed, the noise of cooling tower can be below to 3-5 dB(A). In addition, double-speed motor is good in energy saving. When sets of cooling tower is equipped with single-speed motor, though some part of motor is stopped for saving energy when the air wet- bulb temperature is low, it is also higher power consumption by cost 40% as compared with double-speed motor ( by year).
   This product also applies the “oblique trapezium wave filler plate used on square counter-cooling tower ” national patent which is obtained by No.4 People’s hospital. It is tested by Beijing institute of water research and Foshan tower. Its thermal and resistance characteristic is better than other filler.

Product performance and selection

1. design parameter

Industrial tower: Air wet- bulb temperature τ=28℃. Cooling tower temperature drop: 10～25℃.

Civil tower: Air wet- bulb temperature τ=28℃. Cooling tower temperature drop: 5～8℃

2. The necessary of the selection of tower is cooling water flow Q, Inlet temperature t1, outlet temperature t2 and air wet- bulb temperature τ.

3.  The material of cooling tower should resistant -50℃ low temperature. But it should be told when order for some place where average temperature is lower than -10℃ in coldest month. So that to take anti-freezing measures.

4. Circulating water turbidity is no more than 50mg/l. short term is no more than 100mg/l. No oil and mechanical impurities. Take alga removal and water stabilization measures if necessary.

5. The inlet and outlet direction of cooling tower can be rotated as 90°、180°、270°

6. Water distribution system is designed as nominal water flow. If the difference between real water flow and nominal water flow is more than ±15%, it should be told when ordering for modify some data.

7. The water inlet temperature of cooling tower should no more than 60℃. If above 60℃, it should be told when ordering.

8.  The insulation angle of fan blade can be adjusted. But keep a consistent angle. Also the current of motor should no more than rated current.

9.   Fan can be turned back lowly in short time for ablation.

10. When take the clip tray of cooling tower as pond, installing “automatic water supply pipe”, “rapidly water supply pipe”, ”sewerage”, “escape pipe”  is necessary. It should be mentioned specially when ordering. The fee excluded.

11. When the motor will be matched supply with fan, we will send workers to install and technology guide in spot.
